John Glenns Boyhood Home To Be Moved March 5 To Main Street New Concord As First Phase of Glenn Historic Site

NEW CONCORD, OHIO - The board of trustees of the John and Annie Glenn Museum Foundation have scheduled the moving of the Glenn boyhood home (to be moved to 72 West Main Street from its current location at 186 Friendship Drive) for Monday, March 5, weather permitting.

Don McKendry, interim director for the museum, said that tentative plans for March 5 include: -- A mid-day press conference at the Foundation Office, 68 West Main Street, New Concord -- A ground-breaking ceremony --The actual moving of the house
