A great deal of work has gone into making sure that everything about the John and Annie Glenn Historic Site is of the highest quality, and Lorle Porter, Amos Loveday and Brainstorm Media, Inc. all deserve our thanks for their efforts.” The Aurora Awards is an international competition designed to recognize excellence in the film and video industries. It specifically targets programs and commercials that would not normally have the opportunity to compete on a national level, by focusing on non-national commercials, regional or special interest entertainment and corporate sponsored film and video. Entries have come from across the United States and abroad, including Canada, Hong Kong, Denmark and Mexico. Judging is done by panels of working film and video professionals in major cities across the country. Most are writers, producers or directors who are previous award winners. Programs are judged on a fixed scale in areas of creativity, message effectiveness and technical excellence. For further information on the John and Annie Glenn Historic Site, call 740-826-3305. |
